1. General terms

The current Policy of processing of personal data was compiled in accordance with requirements of the Federal Law of 27.07.2006. № 152-ФЗ «On Personal Data» and it defines the procedure of processing of personal data and data security measures taken by ООО «EvApps» (further — the Operator).
1.1. The Operator sets it as his most important goal and operating condition to respect human and civil rights and freedoms when processing personal data, protect the right to privacy, to personal and family secrets.
1.2. The current Policy of the Operator regarding processing of personal data (further — the Policy) applies to any information about visitors of https://evapps.co/ the Operator can receive.


2. Basic terms used in the Policy

2.1. Automatic processing of personal data — processing of personal data with means of computer technology;
2.2. Blocking of personal data — a temporary suspension of processing of personal data (except when processing is needed for clarification of personal data);
2.3. Website — a combination of graphic and information materials, also programs for computers and databases providing their accessibility on the Internet on the network address outstaff.evapps.ru;
2.4. Information system of personal data — a combination of personal data contained in databases of personal data, and information technologies and technical means providing their processing;
2.5. Personal data anonymization — any actions resulting in impossibility of defining personal data ownership by a particular user or another personal data subject without using additional information;
2.6. Processing of Personal Data — any action (operation) or a set of actions (operations), performed with or without automation tools with personal data, including collection, recording, systemization, accumulation, preservation, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, using, transfer (dissemination, provisioning, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data;
2.7. The Operator — a government body, a municipal authority, a legal or a natural person, organizing and (or) processing personal data by themselves or together with other individuals, also defining the objectives of processing of personal data, the content of personal data awaiting processing, actions (operations) with personal data;
2.8. Personal Data — any information related, directly or indirectly, to a specific or definable User of outstaff.evapps.ru;
2.9. The User — any visitor of https://evapps.co/;
2.10. Personal data provisioning — actions resulting in disclosure of personal data to a specific person or a well-defined group of persons;
2.11. Personal data dissemination — any actions resulting in disclosure of personal data to the public (transfer of personal data) or familiarization with personal data by the public, also public exposure of personal data in mass media, posting in electronic information and telecommunication networks or providing access to personal data any other way;
2.12. The cross-border transfer of personal data — transfer of personal data on the territory of foreign countries, to foreign authorities, to a foreign natural person or a foreign legal person;
2.13. Removal of personal data — any actions resulting in permanent removal of personal data with no further recovery of personal data content in informational system of personal data and/or destruction of physical storage media.

3. The Operator can process the following personal data of the User

3.1. Surname, Name, Patronymic;
3.2. Telephone numbers;
3.3. There is also collection and processing of The User's non-personal data on the site (including «cookies») with services of Internet statistics (Google Analytics and others).
3.4. The data mentioned above is summed up as the Personal data later in the text of the Policy.

4. Purpose of processing of Personal Data

4.1. Purpose of processing of the User's personal data is informing the User via telephone calls.
4.2. The Operator also has a right to send notifications to the User about new products and services, special offers and various events. The User can always unsubscribe from informational e-mails by sending a notice to the Operator via e-mail outstaff@evapps.ru marked « Unsubscribing from mailings about new products and services and special offers».
4.3. The User's non-personal data collected with services of Internet statistics helps to collect information about User's actions on the site and to improve the quality and content of the site.

5. Legal basis of processing of Personal Data

5.1. The Operator processes the User's personal data only in case it is provided by the User on his own through special forms on outstaff@evapps.ru. Filling those forms in and/or sending his personal data to the Operator, the User expresses his consent to the Policy.
5.2. The Operator processes the User's non-personal data in case it is allowed in the User's browser settings (saving of «cookies» and use of JavaScript technology are allowed).

6. Collection, preservation, transfer and other ways of processing of Personal Data

Security of Personal data processed by the Operator, is ensured by taking legal, organizational and technical measures required for meeting the requirements of current legislation in Security of Personal data in full.
6.1. The Operator ensures preservation of personal data and takes all possible measures that prevent unauthorized access to personal data.
6.2. Personal data of the User will never be transferred to any third party, except in cases related to implementation of current legislation.
6.3. If any inaccuracy of personal data is found, the User can update it on his own by sending a notice to the Operator via e-mail outstaff@evapps.ru marked «Personal data update».
6.4. Processing time of personal data is of indefinite duration. The User can revoke his consent to processing of personal data any time by sending a notice to the Operator via e-mail outstaff@evapps.ru marked «Revocation of consent to processing of personal data».

7. The cross-border transfer of personal data

7.1. Before cross-border transfer of personal data the Operator must make sure that a foreign country he is transferring the personal data to, provides strong protection of the rights of the personal data subjects.
7.2. The cross-border transfer of personal data on the territory of foreign countries not satisfying the said requirements can happen only with a signed consent of the personal data subject to cross-border transfer of his personal data and/or performance of the contract, to which the personal data subject is a party.

8. Final clauses

8.1. The User can receive any explanations concerning all issues of his interest regarding processing of personal data by contacting the Operator via outstaff@evapps.ru.
8.2. This document will reflect any changes of Policy of processing of personal data done by the Operator. The Policy is of indefinite duration until it is replaced by a newer version.
